At Hereu Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, including all dust bags and tags, to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
